Okay, so this is a brief article on the promo for part one of the series finale. This will be the second before last episode of the whole of Once Upon A Time after 7 amazing years.

 

From the last episode, we see that at the end Wish Rumple appears. He stabs Dr Faciller in the back with the dagger and then is revealed face to face with Rumple/Weaver.

 

At the beginning of the promo, it is Regina/Roni finding out from Rumple/Weaver that Wish Rumple is in Hyperion heights and you can see when he tells her that she is worried and scared, but she hides it and tries to stop her anger and frustration from coming out and instead trying to stay calm.

 

It then goes to Henry, Jacinda and Lucy each blowing out a candle on a cupcake each and when Henry opens his eyes Jacinda and Lucy have vanished. from this, a lot of people were confused and had no idea what happened, but I knew that because only in the last episode Wish Rumple come to Hyperion Heights, that he had something to do with them vanishing. As the episode moves on, you see that my thoughts were true and Henry then is confronted by Wish Rumple and he finds out that he was the cause of Jacinda and Lucy's disappearance. He says to him that the only way he is going to get his family back is if he gets the Dark One dagger for him.

 

The next scene is Snow and Charming. Honestly, I really liked them up until the end of season 5, they really annoyed me in season 6 because they were just so annoying and treated Emma like the world revolved around her and not acting like the heroes that they are meant to be, but because they haven't been in season 7 at all, I have missed them, especially Snow giving Regina hope speeched because she was the one who really helped her through her difficult time with the love triangle between her, Robin and Marian/Zelena and always kept hope in her heart and when she lost Robin, Snow as the one who stopped her from going back on her dark path and gave her hope that maybe what Hades said about Robin's soul being destroyed was a lie and that Robin is now in a better place waiting for her to join him.

 

The thing that did confuse me about this was that in the scene they are dressed in the Evil Queen's dark guards uniforms, but this is probably part of some rescue mission knowing the old Snow and Charming, so we will just have to wait and see what happens. 

 

In another part, they show Hook saying 'Captain Hook is ready to go home', and then Regina, Henry, Rumple and Hook running into a portal. I think that they are going back to the future and to the Wish Realm to rescue Jacinda and Lucy from Wish Rumple. 

 

Rumple is then talking to Wish Rumple and he says that the only villain that he cannot defeat is himself, meaning that he is giving into his darker side because the darkness is more powerful. I think that maybe after this, Rumple may get killed by Wish Rumple or he will find a way to kill them both so that he can also be reunited with Belle in the afterlife.

After watching this promo, although I am sad because the show is ending, I am also excited because I want to see how they end the season and also how they bring back all of our favourite characters for a final goodbye. Some characters are coming back for part one of the finale and most of them are coming back for the second part. So far we know that only young Henry (Jared Gilmore) is coming back for both parts.

What is going to happen now Wish Rumple is in Hyperion Heights? Why are Snow and Charming in Dark Knight uniforms? Does Regina, Henry, Hook and Rumple go back to the Enchanted Forest? Will the finale as a whole give us the closure for the characters who had a messes up ending? Will loose ends finally be tied?
